If we wrote a step-by-step guide or tried to rank our homepage, we\u2019d be fighting an uphill battle.<\/p>\n<p>Second, our content should promote our product. Since we\u2019ve already singled out those topics with business value, this should be easy enough.<\/p>\n<p>However, bear in mind that you should keep this natural. In the end, you\u2019re\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/blog\/how-to-write-a-blog-post\/\">writing a blog post<\/a>, not a sales letter. Where relevant, include your product and show how it helps to solve the problem. Don\u2019t just shoehorn it in.<\/p>\n<h4>Step 3. Promote the content<\/h4>\n<p>After we hit \u201cpublish\u201d on our blog post, we send it to our email list and share it on our social media accounts. From what he told me, their approach is twofold.<\/p>\n<p>First, they started with a recurring video series known as Startups 101. The first one was WeWork, which was just the right bridge between a startup-focused company and a widely known brand. Do YouTube keyword research<\/h4>\n<p>For their keyword research, Slidebean used a combination of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vidiq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VidIQ<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tubebuddy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TubeBuddy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, if you\u2019re looking for a larger pool of keyword ideas, head over to Ahrefs\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/keywords-explorer\/\">Keywords Explorer<\/a>\u00a0and switch the search engine to YouTube. Then, enter a few relevant keywords.
